Linda Steinbrugge and I were representing Clinton County County Squares in Branson, Missouri, July 6th – 8th. There were dancers from five states in attendance. We met a lot of new friends and even ran into a dancer we had met in Crawsfordsville, Indiana, when we were attending a Plus Blast. (We’ll catch up with fellow square dancer, Don Simpson, in French Lick, IN for the Indians State Convention held in November.) During the day, the callers gave a lot of lessons and had fun with everyone. There were nightly dances too.
The photos were taken on Friday afternoon. The after parties were great and included skits. Since it was our first time attending, we were asked to participate. It was all in fun! I can’t say anymore, what happened in Branson, stays in Branson, but my jeans ended up soaking wet!
