“What? A Square Dance World Record?”

On Saturday, June 25th, a Square Dance Guinness Book of World Records was set at the 66th Annual National Square Dance Convention in Cincinnati.   Clinton County Country Squares had 22 peeps participate.

The record was set for the world’s largest square dance.  Everyone had to go through counter turnstyles.  We had 1,600 peeps dance simultaneously for 15 minutes at the Duke Energy Convention Center.

Hi. I am a member of Clinton County Country Squares who wants to share the art and love of square dancing. All it takes is one square or round dance to catch the "dancing bug!" It is such a joy!
