Meet our Club Cuer!!

Linda

  • Linda and her husband Rich have been dancing since 2007.
  • In 2007, Linda went on vacation to TN and had two square dance lessons with Johnny Chambers in Spring City.
  • Linda began square dance lessons at Cardinal Squares, Springfield in January 2008.
  • Round dance lessons followed in September 2008 with Bud and Elaine Wintrow.
  • Wanting to give back to the clubs that helped Linda and Rich improve their skills, they helped to organize Fall Round-Up at Indian Lake, OH.
  • In 2010, Linda and Rich renewed their vows on a Square Dance Cruise with Homer and Sue Magnet / Bud and Elaine Wintrow.
  • Linda cued her first full dance at Concord Cloverleaf Squares in Urbana, OH, July 2011.
  • In October 2011, Linda became club cuer for Grand Squares, Vandalia.
  • St. Mary’s Tri-Squares asked Linda to cue at their club in 2013.
  • Linda has cued in Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, Indiana and all over OH.
  • Linda and Richard started teaching Two-Step and Waltz in 2013.
  • They also teach Phase II rounds.
  • Members of Buckeye Round Dance Council, Midwestern Caller Association, Miami Valley Caller Association and Roundlab.
  • Clinton County Country Squares asked Linda to cue in the Fall of 2016.  She recently has taught Two-Step and Waltz with CCCS.
  • Linda and Rich Bishop are such a joy! Taking time for students and always encouraging.
